This proper protocol will take effect when ordering from our website
1. Upon receipt of your purchase, your order will automatically ship to your desired location
2. Pricing includes shipping by certified Hungarian Post (don’t put urgent because most people assume this is expedited and will receive in 1-2 days)
Standard delivery time is guaranteed in 30 days (maximum) worldwide. For reasons beyond our control that delay your order past 30 days, you can request a refund (minus any bank fees) or request your order be shipped out again.
Expedited delivery is available. Once payment has been made, send us an email indicating your preference of UPS or FEDEX. We will then reply to your request with a quote on additional shipping charges.
3. As there are different protocols for the various stages and types of diseases, proper protocol and instructions will be included in your package
4. Products that have been opened or used are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, however, if your products arrive damaged or show signs of leakage, kindly contact us immediately and we will advise the next steps.
